At Burnt Glitter we encourage our customers to checkout with Paypal. Paypal is a fast and secure way to pay online with 100% security.
If you pay with eCheck during checkout with Paypal it may take 3-5 Business days to clear. eChecks happen when there are insufficient funds in your bank account that is linked to Paypal.
eChecks will process and clear like regular paper checks. Your order will be shipped after the eCheck clears.
All images, media and designs are property of Burnt Glitter. Any misuse of our property will be taken care of in a legal matter.
Returns & Exchanges
Burnt Glitter accepts refunds only if items are faulty. Since everything is made to order we can only refund items on availability.
If you wish to exchange items due to wrong size you can send them back provided you attach a paid parcel pack with your items.

POSTAGE COSTS ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
The buyer must send back the item in its original condition in a pre paid returns package.
Discount codes can ONLY BE USED ON FULL PRICED ITEMS. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
The 15% off mailing list sign up can only be used ONE TIME ONLY per customer (min order $65) and can not be used on sale items.
Discount codes CAN NOT be used on items that are made to measure or sale items. Failure to comply with these conditions WILL result in a CANCELLATION of your order and a refund will be issued with a notification by email. Sorry for the inconvenience.
